Can I list my property?
Only by invitation. Our team finds and chooses every property. If yours is chosen, you'll receive a postcard with a personal code.
Who chooses the stays?
An independent team of seasoned travellers, cultural scholars, extreme-sports athletes, photographers, architects and earth scientists. Hosts, sponsors and partners have no vote.
Why only 1000?
There are around 20 million short-term rentals in the world. Capping 1000BnB at 1000 means only about one in every 20,000 makes it - and that is exactly the point.
Can I buy a seat?
No. Seats cannot be bought, sponsored or traded. A listing is earned by the place itself.
How many listings per country?
There is no fixed number. Some countries may have many, others one or none - it depends only on what is truly extraordinary.
When do bookings open?

What happens if a listing underperforms?
Listings are reviewed regularly. A stay that no longer meets the standard may be replaced, freeing its seat for a new invitation.
